Humaira’s Success Story!
Humaira was diagnosed with a rare Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) known as TOF (Tetralogy Of Fallot). TOF is a heart defect that can be fatal if left untreated. The name refers to 4 heart problems which occur simultaneously, decreasing the amount of oxygen in the bloodstream.
4-year-old Humaira’s planned treatment, a procedure called a Total Correction, is relatively expensive and one that her family was unable to afford. Not only that, but it was also unavailable in their hometown.
Humaira’s father is a laborer who solely supports his entire family, which includes his wife and 5 children. With limited resources available, he desperately needed help for his little daughter.
He was referred to us by the doctor that was treating his child, and luckily for them, we were able to readily step in to try and save Humaira’s life. With our vast experience dealing with similar cases, we were able to swiftly make all the required arrangements.
Thanks to our phenomenal donors, the required funds were arranged in practically no time. Besides that, all hospital-related formalities and accommodation-related facilities were also taken care of for Humaira and her family.
After the remarkable work of our healthcare professionals, along with the prayers of Humaira’s loved ones, the surgery blessedly turned out to be a massive success! With just a little support, the valiant Humaira conquered the threat to her life.
Humaria’s parents can now live the life they always dreamed of. One filled with moments of love, laughter, friends, family and most importantly, with their young and healthy beloved daughter, Humaira.
